1. In General 1.1 This policy on the processing of personal data (the "Privacy policy") describes how Snowdrops Copenhagen collects and processes information about you.
1.2 The privacy policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through Snowdrops Copenhagen website, www.snowdropscopenhagen.dk
1.3 Snowdrops Copenhagen is the data controller of your personal data. All enquiries to Snowdrops Copenhagen must be made through the contact information listed under article 7. 2. Snowdrops Copenhagen’s Collection of your personal data
2.1 What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
2.1.1 When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you, e.g. about the type of browser you are using, what search terms you use on our website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimize the conversion on the website, improve it and undertake targeted marketing.
2.1.2 When you purchase a product on the website, we collect information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about the products you buy and possibly have returned with the aim to be able to deliver products to you and for the use of meeting our reporting obligations.
2.1.3 When you subscribe to our newsletter, you expressly consent that we may collect the information that you provide to us, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.1.4 We will use the information that we collect in connection with your subscription to the newsletter for direct marketing, including to inform you about our products and news.
2.2 What is the basis for the collection? 2.2.1 The collection of information, as mentioned in article
2.1.1, is necessary for us to manage our interests in improving the features of the website and its layout and to give you relevant offers.
2.2.2 We only use your IP address to determine your geographic location. 2.2.3 The collection of information, as mentioned in article 2.1.2, is necessary for us to fulfil our agreement with you.

3. USE OF DATA PROCESSORS 3.1 We use external companies to, among other things, handle the technical operation of the website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with the execution of targeted marketing and improvement of the website. These companies are data processors, who are instructed by us and who process data, for which we are responsible. The data processors are not allowed to use the data for any purpose other than the performance of their contract with us, and they are subject to confidentiality about the data.

4.2.2 You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal data, please send a written request to info@snowdropscopenhagen.dk along with documentation that you are the person in question.
4.3 The right of rectification 4.3.1 You are entitled to have inaccurate personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have on file about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing, so the information can be corrected.
4.3.2 Via the sign-in to your user profile you have the opportunity by yourself to correct information that we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter.
4.4 The right to erasure 4.4.1 In some cases you have the right to get all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if you revoke your consent to your subscription to our newsletter. To the extent that the processing of your data is necessary, e.g. in order to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.
4.5 The right to restriction of processing
4.5.1 You have, in some cases, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to only consist of storage, e.g., if you believe that the information we process about you is not correct. 4.6 The right of data portability 4.6.1 You are entitled to have your personal data delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer the data to a different data controller when we collect your personal data in connection with: ! your purchase of a product from us, see article 2.1.2, or ! your consent for our use of your IP address to determine your geographical location, see article 2.2.2, or ! your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, see article 2.1.3. 4.7 The right to object 4.7.1 At any time you have the right for special reasons to object to our processing of your personal data that we collect in order to improve the functionality of the website and the layout, see article 2.1.1. 4.7.2 You also at any time have the right to object to our processing of your personal data that we process for the purposes of direct marketing, see article 2.1.3. 4.7.3 If you object to the processing, we are no longer entitled to process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate legitimate reasons to continue processing. 4.8 The right to revoke consent 4.8.1 You have at any time the right to revoke your consent for our use of your IP address to determine your geographical location, see article 2.2.2, and your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, see article 2.1.3. If you revoke your consent, please be aware that we, in some cases, may be eligible to continue the processing, see article 2. In such cases, you will be informed accordingly.

4.9 The right to complain 4.9.1 You have at any time the right to submit a complaint to the The Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K concerning our processing of your personal data.
5. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA 5.1 We will automatically delete the information that we have on file about you, however, to meet regulatory requirements, including requirements in the accounting legislation (5 years from the end of the accounting year) and the consumer legislation (the 2-year guarantee period), we may store certain personal data for a longer period of time.
5.2 Information collected in connection with your provision of your consent that we may send you marketing by e-mail will be deleted if you revoke your consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing, see article 2. 5.3 If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your information will be deleted. 6. SECURITY 6.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures that personal data cannot accidentally or illegally be destroyed, lost, modified or impaired, and that it is not unauthorisedly disclosed or misused.
6.2 Only employees, who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their job, have access to it.
